On March 23rd, Chattahoochee qualified for the Science Olympiad Nationals tournament after placing 2nd at the Georgia State Science Olympiad tournament! The team will be heading to Cornell University in New York on May 30th-June 1st against the best teams across the nation. This will be Hooch's FIFTH consecutive year for qualifying for Nationals and we could not be more proud of our team's hard work and dedication! As the Nationals tournament is out of state for us, the price of transportation, room, and tournament fees can be overwhelming and prevent some students from going. If you would like to help our program by making a donation, please view our sponsorship letter here. Congratulations again to our Hooch SciOly team!!! On February 2nd, Chattahoochee competed at the University of North Georgia-Dahlonega for the Georgia Regionals tournament and placed 2nd overall which advances the team to State! Good luck to Hooch at their state tournament coming up on March 23rd! On January 19th, Chattahoochee made history by being the first non-Brookwood team to ever win first place at Brookwood's annual Science Olympiad invitational! Congratulations to all our students who diligently worked hard to sweep the competition!
